The Last Buffalo
A note on privacy.
Your time here should feel comfortable. This is how information is used when you visit our website or ask about a stay.
When you send an inquiry
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, U.S. phone number, number of guests, and a message about your stay. Arrival and departure dates are optional. We do not collect payment details through this form.
Your inquiry is stored so Josh and authorized administrators can respond and manage lodge inquiries. It is also used for inquiry confirmation and notification emails, delivered through our email service provider, Mailgun, when email delivery is configured. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Keeping the form secure
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and automated submissions. When the form’s security check loads, Cloudflare processes technical browser and device information to perform that check. Learn more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Optional website analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are visited and whether visitors successfully submit an inquiry. Analytics only loads after you choose to allow it. Your name, email, phone number, message, and other inquiry details are not sent by this website’s analytics code.
You can change your choice using “Privacy preferences” in the footer when analytics is available. The site remembers that preference in your browser. We also honor the browser’s Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by not loading analytics. See Google’s privacy policy for information about its services.
Records and your choices
Inquiries are kept to respond to guests and maintain lodge administration records. We do not state an automatic deletion period. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact josh@thelastbuffalo.com.
You can also email Josh directly instead of using the inquiry form. The website does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list when you ask about a stay.
