All hunts are booked on a first come, first serve basis. We will hold your reservation for no more than fifteen days without a deposit. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date. Balance is due prior to departure in the form of cash, cashiers check, personal or business check. For all returned checks, responsible party will be tarred and feathered. Deposits are non-refundable, unless hunter can be replaced at full price. It is not TLB’s obligation to replace hunter if cancellation takes place. If hunter is replaced at full price, your deposit will be returned minus a 10% TLB service charge. Upon receipt of deposit, we will send a confirmation packet including written receipt of payment, confirmation letter, and contract.
